Mr. Alvarez is Vice President of the National OSHA Consultation Board which is involved in a host of developments for improving consultative techniques, services, and materials. He previously represented Region IX Western States as a Board member of the National OSHA Consultation Board and also managed Cal/OSHA’s consultation Education and Research Unit which primarily developed Cal/OSHA health and safety educational materials and publications.
