Attendance:

• 1,024 attendees

• Paid Attendance 846

Registration:

• Pre-Registration: 2,725

• Net Workshop attendance: 2,486

• Total Companies Represented: 236

• Construction Safety: 44.9% of overall registration

• Construction Certification: 27.1 % of overall registration

• Construction Management: 23.3 % of overall registration

• Special Projects: 4.7 % of overall registration (no VIP Forum in 2009)

• Tuesday registrations: 751 (safety & certification sessions only)

• Wednesday registrations: 1,066

• Thursday registrations: 669 (usually 2^nd biggest day in prior Expos)

Evaluations:

• Evaluation Response: 2,243 or 90% of those attending a class completed evaluations

• Sessions with Perfect/Excellent/Above Average Evaluation scores: 81%

• Primary Reason for attending: 91% said the Workshops

• How did they learn about the Expo: 75% Employer and 14% Builders’ Exchange

Exhibitors and Sponsors:

• 25 supplier companies took all exhibit spaces inside the gymnasium where the trade show was staged.

• In addition to the 25 exhibiting companies, we added space for the Sacramento Builders’ Exchange, California Highway Patrol and Cal/OSHA Consultation Services.

• 5 organizations that were unable to display inside were offered table top displays in the outside corridor area.

• 6 Equipment and vehicle displays were incorporated outside in both the circular commons area just outside the gym with larger static displays located in the parking lot.

• 10 organizations committed to sponsorship of the Expo with 2 companies sponsoring equipment for training purposes.

Evaluations:

• The evaluation forms are complete and tabulated, special note has been taken for resolving facility issues, vendors liked the one-day trade show format of the Expo.
