Second 5* of the OSHA Top 10 Safety Violations for 2009

OSHA has released its preliminary list of the top 10 most frequent workplace safety violations for 2009.  The number of violations in the top 10 increased almost 30% over the same time period in 2008.  The 2^nd Five Violations are:

1. Electrical (wiring): 3,079
2. Ladders: 3,072
3. Powered industrial trucks (forklifts): 2,993
4. Electrical: 2,556
5. Machine Guarding: 2,364

One very special workshop on Ladders: Andy Bull-CH Bull and Company, Ladder Safety.

Class 4 & 5 Powered Industrial Trucks (Forklift) – each day of the Expo:  Ken Howarth-Sun Belt Rentals, Class 4 & 5 Forklift Certification; there will also be a Class 7 Forklift (non-industrial) on each day.
