The 2010 Safety Expo is pleased to present the VIP Forum in conjunction with the Expo event, scheduled for Wednesday, March 31st – “You Can’t Plan For a Crisis While You’re Having One” - Good Crisis Management doesn’t happen by accident.  It takes a solid plan, meaningful training and a culture that values the safety of people above all else.  And even with all of that in place, things can go very wrong when something bad happens.  This is your opportunity to refresh on your organization’s preparedness for a crisis.  This session includes a review of the Crisis Response Checklist and an updated look at the Buy Time Statement that will give your organization critical minutes to activate your Crisis Management Plan.  The session will also focus on managing the “victim dimension” of a crisis.  Companies are ultimately judged on how they handle the victims that a crisis creates.  This session addresses specific issues and tools that every company should consider in its crisis planning.

The principals of Rockford Gray, Marv Rockford and Steve Gray, specialize in Crisis Management.   With a concentration of clients in construction, Rockford Gray has helped firms prepare for and manage their way through the unimaginable.

The Expo welcomes Marv Rockford and Steve Gray which is sure to be a timely and informative session – we look forward to your presence and participation at the 2010 Safety Expo VIP Forum - Registration materials available soon.
