		<description>Thank you for PEMA&#039;s announcement.  I was going to offer the PEMA website link --but it seems to be broken currently and not directing to the correct page.  I will contact our webmaster and get it fixed.  Also we are dropping the Opacity class and attempting to get several CARB overview classes to dicuss the ins and outs of the Diesel rules.</description>
